Need an inexpensive way to keep your contacts and calendar synced up between your mobile phone and Outlook.
Its a 2 step process.
1. Get a or use your Google account. Set up a Google calendar and be sure all your contacts are on your Gmail (you can import them). Set up your phone to sync up with your Google calendar and contacts using the Outlook E-Mail account in Windows Mobile. Google has instructions on their website.

2. Next, purchase a product like gSyncit that allows you to sync your Outlook with your Google account. They have instructions on their website also.

The results will be that whenever you add a contact or event to either your phone or Outltook the other will be updated.

And it cost you a total of $10.

Enjoy!

A Great Web 2.0 Business Tool

Recently I discovered a great SaaS for business. As the site states, it is the place where project management meets CRM. It has that simple, cool look of a Web 2.0 site, but most of all it is well thought out in its design. It's a departure from the typical PM or CRM product with lots of tabs and fields and best of all it has a great price tag. Check it out.
